I reviewed draft-sipos-cose-cmac-00 just now while waiting for the next session
to start and found a few nits that could be rectified. The primary content is
fine in my opinion and ought to be adopted by the WG.

Page 2, section 1, 2nd paragraph, last sentence: change “suffient” to
“sufficient”.
Page 2, section 1, 3rd paragraph, 1st sentence: I’d change the “which” to
“and”. Naively reading that sentence might make one think HMAC was block
cipher-based, requiring a reparse of the sentence. Maybe that’s just how my
brain works!
Page 2, section 1, 3rd paragraph, 2nd sentence: change “enable the use of” to
“be”. Change “acceleration” to “accelerated”. Delete “of its processing”.
Page 2, section 1.1, 1st paragraph, 1st sentence: append a period after
“algorithms”. Capitalize the following “i” in "it". Clarify what is meant by
“that security environment” – I’m not sure what that refers to.
Page 3, section 2, 3rd paragraph, 1st sentence: delete “use of a single”.
Change the “of” following “tag length” to “to”.
Page 4, section 4.1, 1st paragraph: change “have been” to “are to be”. I think
this is supposed to be a directive to IANA, although it really doesn’t matter.
Change the period to a colon.
Page 5, Note to IANA: change “reqested” to “requested”.
