I've read the draft and support adoption. The MoQ WG's C4M draft ( draft-ietf-moq-c4m <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-moq-c4m/>) has a normative dependency on composite claims, so getting this adopted would help that work progress.
