One comment about the reference to CNSA 2.0; the linked document describes the suite as it was in 2022, before NIST standardization of the ML- families, but the actual CNSSP-15 document was released in Dec 2024 and unfortunately does not have a pretty URL. It is linked to from https://www.cnss.gov/CNSS/issuances/Policies.cfm however.
