This version of the COSE CMAC draft has updates as identified in the
internal changelog. Most notably it suggests code points for new algorithms
and includes examples of the two tag varieties using those suggested code
points.

If chairs feel like this content is stable enough we can request early
allocation of code points as Carsten suggested at the last IETF. If there
are any opinions about code point suggestions, those are also welcome. I
just chose unallocated positive values from the end of the current IANA
registry. I think that there are already collisions of *suggested *values
among existing COSE algorithm drafts.
