Use the IIS's built-in certificate renewal mechanism to renew your  
certificate.  After updating the certificate from within the IIS  
Manager, follow the instructions from the IISCosign readme to export  
the certificate.  This will save you a couple steps of importing and  
exporting the certificate in various formats.

For U-M's Wasup service, explain in the comments that there was an  
issue generating the renewal request so you are not charged again.
