Tried to install the newest version, but now getting errors:
The HTTP Filter DLL C:\Program Files\IISCosign\cosign.dll failed to
load. The data is the error.

Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service. Therefore startup
aborted.
IIS doens't work then at all. Are we missing steps for install? We took
it back to 2.0.3 and still doesn't work with w3wp.exe error. Why won't
2.0.3 work for us anymore...??
