Trying to get cosign 2.1.1 up and running on Ubuntu LTS.
Can't seem to get it right. Everything builds just fine but I get the screen
WEB LOGIN IS UNAVAILABLE.
In the apache error log I get:

cosign_choose_conn: some servers returned UNKNOWN, referer:
https://weblogin-1.acns.msu.edu/cosign-bin/?cosign-Netfiles=QVXjQ+vCZAY20IRlST-pDvgAatbjlBuntfGLRIiFl9WwFpDnjkmz1ZLHtwC+q5yOBi9bvvGgy0qijbCM5+vBHvGl72Yimb8FOr9iucuh9fguS+nkcSWPQ1PsojPR;&https://cc-netfiles-5.acns.msu.edu/

Running cosignd from command line I get this:
debug: STARTTLS 2
debug: CHECK
cosign=yg+ED9pCc2uRleRjizYL2f5K5HuuOJE-d8w4hFkmkch1z-QnWrRAsa3kmc0HPT3j1QVYZ5X7OZGM0wVicoyJGFUobW47lS6WZPZacxDAUNNgHpB7kFmOyvBVdmFQ
To me this seems like a normal response. Is it?

I believe authentication to the kdc is working ok since I get a diff
answer when I give it a bad password.
I have checked my certs and they seem to be OK.
What I would like to know or determine is whats failing? cosign.cgi or
cosignd or 'other' also it would be nice if cosignd could give more
debug detail.

Any hints or faceslaps :) are appreciated.
