Hello,

I installled Cosign 3.0.0.  I activated "cosign.reg".
Stopped and started IIS.  And now IIS won't serve any URL.
I get:

The server is currently disabled.

In the Application Logs of the Event Viewer, I see the following errors:

The description for Event ID ( 7 ) in Source ( Cosign ) cannot be  
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry  
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote  
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this  
description; see Help and Support for details. The following  
information is part of the event

The description for Event ID ( 3 ) in Source ( Cosign ) cannot be  
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry

information is part of the event: C:\Program  
Files\IISCosign\cosign.dll.config.

information is part of the event: 0, The system cannot find the path  
specified.

Please help with any and all solutions and suggestions!
