Subject: IIS worker process crashing - Cosign protected pages unavailable
Hello,
I'm hoping that someone can point us in the right direction regarding this
urgent problem. We have an IIS 6 web server running on Windows Server 2003 SP2
and using Cosign 3.0. As recently as two days ago our Cosign-protected pages
were working fine. This morning when we got into the office we found that the
IIS publishing service had crashed and had to be restarted. After restarting
the service none of our Cosign-protected pages can be accessed. When trying to
access a protected resource we are redirected to the weblogin page as expected
but after entering our credentials we get the message "An internal error has
occurred" (Firefox). The Windows event log has many instances of the error
pasted below and it always occurs right after the Cosign filter is loaded.
Does anyone have a suggestion? We're not even sure where to start
troubleshooting this.
Thanks in advance!
