Version 3.0.2 of the IIS7 cosign module erroneously has logging disabled. The 
recent 3.0.3 betas restore this logging. I believe we're ready to make a 3.0.3 
release; expect that this week. In the meantime, I recommend using the most 
recent 3.0.3 beta, if you're looking for clues in the logs pointing to the 
cause of your problem.
