I'm not able to load the Cosign filter. Using Debug View, I get the
following two messages each time I attempt to load the filter:
GetFilterVersion: RegOpenKeyEx ( SOFTWARE\University of
Michigan\ITCS\Cosign ) failed
The system cannot find the file specified.
I have the permissions set for IUSER_Machinename in both the registry and in
the filesystem under IISCosign.
The log file is not being populated, so I only have Debug View output to
work with.
The application event viewer entry always reads Event ID 7: An error
occurred while IISCosign was loading. It is now running in a minimal state
that will prevent your web site from serving content.
If anyone can send me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
