No, just: Stop IIS (and web publishing, if using that), replace the dll 
(save previous), restart services.

The new schema does support some new attributes, so it should be 
replaced (save the old one) to match the dll. Do it at the same time you 
replace the dll.

Not speaking for Jarod, but: the version is labeled "rc2" as in "Release 
Candidate 2", so I'd feel fine using it, esp. if the current system was 
crashing fairly often. Note, though, you just made one other change 
(disabled web proxy). If you don't wait a few days (or however long it 
would typically take for the crash to re-occur) to replace the dll and 
the system remains stable, you won't know which change helped.
