While researching my ROBINSON family from Moneycannon (Moneykinon)
Parish of Leckpatrick, I found a number of books on-line. I thought I
would post extracts from those books, in case others may find it
useful.

'The ancestors of the Rev. Adam Averell, the subject of the following
Memoir, came from England to this country (Ireland), about the middle
of the sixteenth century (17th.?) and became possessed of Tamnamore, a
small estate in the parish of Killyman, County of Tyrone. This
property is beautifully situated
on the northern side of the river Blackwater, nearly midway from where
it passes between the towns of Moy and Charlemont, and its termination
in Lough Neagh. It was inherited by the family of Averell in its
successive generations for about two hundred years, and afterward
passed into the possession of the Lloyd family, relatives of its
former owners; Richard Lloyd, Esq., being its present proprietor.
