Mary, you'll find out how to do it if you click on the link below called 'Change Your Preferences' (it appears at the bottom of every email from this list). On that web page, go down to the heading "CoTyroneList Subscribers' and under that, you'll see a sentence beginning 'To unsubscribe from CoTyroneList ...'. Type your email address in the box there and you'll be taken to another page where you just click on 'Unsubscribe' in the blue bar.
