Hello, I did try Arboe RC and didn't find baptism for Catherine, but may have
found the marriage for Patrick Duffin to Catherine McKlossik????? on Nov 30,
1837. The image is so faint and is in Latin and I can't be sure that the groom
says Patrick, kinda looks like Patrick with a few more letters but is
definitely Duffin. Absolutely right time for marriage if Sarah was born Jan
1839. And wife is Catherine although I can't be sure of full name. I would
attach image if I thought I could and if I knew how, so that others could see
what they think. Peggy

Try Coagh or Ardboe. Donaghendry Church is actually Stewartstown.

Hello,I have checked the baptisms of Donaghenry from 1849-1858 inclusive and
unless I am blind, there is no baptism for Catherine Duffin or any other child
born to Patrick Duffin and his wife, whoever she may be.They lived in Kilsally.
Would there be another RC parish nearby where Catherine might be baptised? If
you recall, there was the death of a Catherine Duffin in Kilsally, Sept 7,
1878, age 70, with Catherine Duffin present. Then there was the death of a
Catherine Duffin Nov 8, 1883 in Kilsally with brother Joseph present. Patrick
Duffin did have a son Joseph so thought that the baptism of Catherine Duffin
might reveal the mother of Catherine and wife of Patrick. Thanks for any
helpPeggy
