Hello, Two of my County Tyrone Irish relatives sailed from Londonderry to America. John McDevitt left in May 1816 and sailed into New York City. While Alexander Gallagher and his wife, Mary McDevitt Gallagher, left in July 1820 and sailed into Philadelphia. Is there any chance of determining the name of the ships they sailed on, why they left or who paid their passage? - David Prater
