Thank you, Elwyn. I did pay the fee. Alexander Ferguson, nephew, was present which would be the same nephew who was living with Joshua on the 1911 census. Hoping it was sister Nancy who was present so I could find out if she was still alive. Joshua's age at death in 1911 was given as 72 so in 1923 should be 84 so slight age difference. Irishgenealogy only has records for Northern Ireland up to 31.12.1921. For events after that, the only site with them is GRONI. I have looked and can confirm that Joshua’s death is there, aged 88 (which of course is just the informant’s guesstimate) and registered in Cookstown. If you want to view the full certificate, you’ll need to pay the £2.50 fee.
