Love to be able to help, Craig, but looks like my GRAHAMs are a different lot. My great grandparents, William GRAHAM and Sarah CARNWATH were married in 1855 in the Leckpatrick Presbyterian Church, Artigarvan (near Strabane) and migrated to Australia a few months later.
Did your Henry and Alice stay in Ireland or did they migrate elsewhere? Lindsay Graham Canberra, Australia On 4/11/20 06:53, Craig Leeman via CoTyroneList wrote:
Hi All, I am trying to track my great great grandfather and grandmother, Henry Leeman (Lemon) (dob 1864) and Alice Graham(e) (dob 1865). I know that they got married in Ballygawley Church of Ireland on the 15th September 1881 as minors. I know their fathers were James and William respectively but I cannot get any further back than that. I have attached the marriage certificate to this email. Henry and Alice moved to Belfast after the birth of their first child Annie in 1881, and they appear in the 1901 and 1911 censuses (living in Westmoreland Street in the Shankill in Belfast). I also found a reference about Alice on your website (attached), suggesting she lived in Lisdoart in County Tyrone. If anyone has any knowledge of Henry or Alice’s ancestors I would really appreciate it if you could share some information or point me in the right direction. Any help would be really appreciated. Kind regards, Craig Leeman [email protected]
