I have been trying to find my Gilfillan ancestors and there are 6 Gilfillan marriages listed here! My great great great grandmother is Jane Gilfillan, who married Samuel Kennedy in Londonderry in 1805 (which appears to be about 1 generation earlier than these marriages). They ended up in Allegheny County, PA. After his death, she remarried John Arbuckle and moved to Ohio. I am trying to find her parents. If anyone has any connections to or information about the Gilfillan family, please let me know.
