Pat - as stated, just provide the data which you have already. Gedmatch is a system where you upload your Gedcom to look for people sharing your ancestry. Your online URL would be the data in the address bar of your browser when you go to an online family tree you may have. If you have not entered your family on any website, you don't have a URL.
