It will be almost impossible to prove a relationship between the Millers and Mowbrays of Cumber (Lower & Upper parishes); a result of the paucity of surviving early church records. I'm guessing that these families were Presbyterians? In Presbyterian Historical Society The C of I records commence in the early nineteenth century, but are of little value when for you searching for your folks in the preceding 200 years from the time of the Plantation. I'll take a look at the Freeholders lists and Poll books for the parish hoping to locate early-ish references to these settlers and their townlands.
