Thanks Jim (and Robert) for this!
My note started out to say "Does anyone know what the Location 1 and Location 2 fields might mean?"
My surname seems to be a bit unusual, and finding Thomas Venables, Esq was a bit exciting... he was listed with "Deserderring" as Location #1, and a bit of Google searching finds no townlands or other reasonable interpretations.
Then I did find this link from the Orange County CA Genealogical Society (who knew? :-), which appears to be the original printed image and a possible "Deverderring" or "Desertderin, Finvoy" -- searching for Desertderin, Finvoy DID locate a tiny townland located at 178-184 Vow Rd, Ballymoney BT53 7NS, UK
And in the attached I did a screen cap of the first page which explained a bit of background as well as the meaning of the two locations which are apparently Townland and Civil Parish. Interestingly the original PRONI-held document would appear to have more columns...
Sharing this in case others might find it useful since it took me a bit on a quiet Saturday morning to get to these insights 🙂
Of course now the question is: "Is Thomas Venables someone in my ancestry or not?" -- the townland is about 60 miles from where I know Venables folks lived in 1860, between Clogher and Fivemiletown (specifically, Cormore townland), which seems rather far for back in the day... though perhaps they first got to Desertderin, Finvoy and then moved over to Cormore?
The fun of the hunt...
