I read something like this.

Using this method we can easily look directly for a given keyword by looking up 
its object key (diet@corn-free), rather than iterating over the array.


So it means for food recipe, I can easily find if a keyword exists by looking 
at the keywords?

But can I use this model to easily find recipes with specific keywords?
