So are you going to fix this bug in the next version of Couchbase server?
Or in future versions I also will  have to poll /pools/default ?

The bug was that the other non-default URIs were working, so best to just stick 
with /pools/default

When we used Couchbase 2.1 and made /pools/all request as a result we got tags  
balanced and failoverWarnings which we use in our MIB file.
Now we have started to use Couchbase 2.2 and there is no such tags.
Why were they disappeared? Or maybe were they renamed?

That was actually a bug.  If you poll /pools/default you should get the 
information you're looking for.  Note that polling this can be rather expensive 
for the cluster so use it carefully.
