I would recommend looking into cbtransfer, which is in the docs. Unfortunately PHP is not the best language for this since it doesn’t have a good way to express asynchronous operations and if you’re looking for throughput, pipelining is key.
You could use PHP with many instances, but it may be better to use an off-the-shelf tool like cbtransfer. If the docs are files, the other one to look at might be the cbc tool which is part of libcouchbase. See it’s docs for how to install and use things like “cbc cp”. -- Matt Ingenthron Couchbase, Inc.
