I'd like to replace document content without affecting the TTL that was set
when the document was created.
But not supplying a TTL on replace seems to reset it to 0 (never expire)
and I don't see how to retrieve the existing TTL on get.
Is my only option to explicitly store the expiration myself in the document
content and explicitly reset it when I replace?!
Doesn't sound very elegant, to say the least.

Thanks,
- joe w.
