ASF uses Hudson for continuous integration. Information for getting things
setup are here:

Hudson is typically used with Java projects but it should be pretty easy to get
it to build CouchDB. I have experience with Hudson and if needed can provide
assistance to the ASF Hudson maintainers to get things setup.
