In configure.ac, this line:
LIB_FLAGS="-L/usr/local/lib -L/opt/local/lib $JS_LIB_FLAGS"
makes it difficult to provide an alternative path to the javascript library,
which you might want to provide when building couch for use in a standalone
environment such as CouchDBX. That line would be better as:
LIB_FLAGS="$JS_LIB_FLAGS -L/usr/local/lib -L/opt/local/lib"
