if I send _bulk_docs with above POST request.
next replication will replicate doc._id == 1 but not doc._id == 0?
So, on all other nodes I need to send _bulk_docs request for doc._id
== 0
And,
_deleted = true looks bit weird. why its not _deleted: true or
"_deleted": true ?
