I know I'm dense!! No argument there.  But, earlier someone said that if
you
had
water in the fuel, and you added alcohol to the tank, the noticeable level
below
the fuel would raise, looking as though the water had increased, but in
reality
you would be seeing the alcohol/water solution.  Now, either you can see
it,
or
you can't.  Which is it?
