My wings were covered with Stits by an AP in 1983, per Stits instructions
according to the 337.

The covering appears to be in fine shape, but I had the plane in Texas for
a
few years, and the white final coat on just one wing (I guess where the
sun
hit it) "oxidized" a little and there is an area behind the leading edge
where it has faded enough you can just barely make out the silver starting
to show.

The final coat appears to be a standard non-gloss bright white, and there
are no markings or trim to worry about. Anybody know the best way to touch
up Stits?

I'd also like to know how to make minor repairs (wingtip scrapes, etc.).
Is
there a Stits "maintenance kit" for little hangar bruises?

Does Stits need to be "rejuvenated" periodically?
