I'm replacing the rubber do-nuts and adding the spacers to the main gear to get my plane to the correct attitude on the runway. I just read in the service manual that the rubber do-nuts should be glued to the washers which separate them. Is that common practice? And please tell me I don't have to remove the one side I have already completed and glue them!! It says to use "vulcalock cement. What's a good substitute? Wayne Hannah, Shelton, WA N3544H
