Lee gave me the same three recommendations.  Good luck.  I couldn't get
anyone
to consider it.  One had quit doing them, the other was about 3 years back
logged, and the other was on vacation, indefinitely.  Sounds bad don't it.
I
did have my tank repaired here in Salt Lake City.  I know it was a real
problem for him.  If you don't find anyone else to do it, let me know and
I'll
give you his number.
