Paul,
     I replaced mine myself... it wasn't too hard as all the rivets are 
easily squeezed. Just have to be careful not to crack the plexi-glass or 
lexan. I went with the tinted plexi and matched the thickness with the old

clear windows. I also did the rear windows in the same. Makes it a little 
cooler in the summer. I also replaced the welts at the same time. The only

drawback to new plexi, and new welts I've found is that the windows are a 
little stiff to open and close... I'm sure they will ease with time. In 
hindsight, I'd use the lexan as even the new windows are scratched a bit 
already.
