Addendum to my message to Tracy regarding problem with Stromberg carb/
Just a note to let you know that I flew my Ercoupe over two hours today =
and it performed well. The oil temperature never got above 180 degrees =
as I climbed to 8,000 feet MSL. At the lower altitude of around 2,500 =
MSL, the oil temp was around 160 degrees. Outside temp was around 60 =
degrees. All in all I was very pleased with the performance. =20
