Thanks to all who answered questions about landing lights and nose gear problems. If anybody has a double fork nose gear, axle and wheel assembly they are willing to part with, I would be most interested in purchasing it. The double fork really seems like the way to go. I saw several beautiful 'Coupes at Oshkosh last week, and they all had double forks. All of the owners had changed them to alleviate them of the problems I am having. I changed all the bushings and tightened everything up, but it still wiggles and leans. We will be re-rigging when the temperature settles down a little. (SW Georgia) I am also curious as to a larger baggage compartment. One 'Coupe there had a massive (bigger than mine) baggage compartment, but the owner was not there. Is this an STC? How much? Who has it? Right now a briefcase and my wife's purse are about all that will fit. I would appreciate any help on these.
