Yes, and I have also seen it on my neigbors' CD model with metal wings.
You
should be careful to check the fabric every once in a while to make sure
it
is still tight.  It can be kinda loose without it being clearly visible.
You can also notice it on the Ercoupe by looking at the tops of the wings
while it is running on the ground.  On the ground, it will tend to drum if
it is loose.  Mine comes and goes with the weather which is completely
normal, according to the Polyfiber manual, depending upon what kind of
paint
somebody used on it, though there is some debate about that.
