CoupersCan anyone recommend a prop shop in the Southeast U.S.?  My prop has excessive vibration which was verified by borrowing a prop off another plane.  My A&P says that the static balance is ok which leads me to believe that the pitch is not the same on both sides.  I have only put about 70 hours on it since I purchased the plane, but when I bought it the spinner was cracked (the gentleman that I bought it from said the spinner was cracked from the pitch being off on one side -- no record of repair!) and I have no record of the prop being worked on sine it was repitched from 7148 to 7150 back in the 70's.  The vibration got worse after the annual inspection but the prop was correctly marked and not reinstalled 180° degrees off, which I understand can sometimes cause vibration. BTW, I had my mount bushings replaced this annual and the "non" torque (Its an Alon with C-90 -- tighten until you can put in the cotter pins) is according to spec. TIA Steve TindelandN5634FAlon A2
