I found the entire end piece cracked off so the inlet tube was just
hanging there.  This was at College
Park at the Nationals.  I had the muffler welded up so I could get home,
and my mechanic ordered a new
one from Univair.  It looks like they have a new design now, which looks
less likely to crack.  We'll
see.
