   TC-A718 C,CD Revision 27 = 14 Nov 1985
     Engine: Continental A-65- 8 (A/C ser# 1 - 112)
             Continental C-75-12 or -12F (A/C 113-and up) >>> please note
the Engine original equipped per TC in C's and CD's did not come with
C-85s
<<<

  110. Continental C-85-12 or C-85-12F
Your not reading enough. But then I may not understand.
Your right on 110. I think, But I do not understand the following.
(Not
uncommon):)

 >>>(eligible with Item 1(c)>>See the note under this one.<< 3, 4, 6, 7
and
8 >>>Also note #2 not eligible, for C85's the most common props today?<<<
OK
for C75 without baffle.

It get worse. But to understand where I am coming from read on.

   TC-A787 D
      Engine: C-75-12, -12F (see note 4 for C-85-12 or 12F)>If you really
want to be legal read it well and then look at your Log books and POH. II
Performance< >>> D's also came with C-75'S<<< >>> E's being the first with
C-85's in the TC for that model.

      Note 4(b) & (c)
            (b) Item 4,6, or 7 propeller and ERCO baffles
      Propeller and Propeller accessories=
4.)Fixed pitch metal, McCauley 1A90cf or 1b90cm. >>> OK for
C85
now<<< with baffle
           6.)Fixed pitch metal, Sensenich M76ak-2
7.)Not app to most of us.
            (c)

Now go back to 2.) D's with C75 can use the 1a90 with no baffles.
So
are you totally confused yet? A conflict to the A-718 propeller op 2.)1a90
and 1b90 on C75 or A65's
