Check your data plate for year. Forney had the Ercoupe by 1955. And were working on the F1 which come out in 1956 Serial number 4055 belong to a 1946 C model. And your N-number is 3430H. What you have is a C converted to a like G. If your data plate reads 1955 that is the year it was converted. The first G was 1949. Ser #5015 thur 5040 Ercoupes were not painted at the time well maybe with the strips down the airframe. We also need to find someone willing to donate a front center section spar for our aircraft, S.N.# 4055.
