N3544H is still for sale but my model 415CD is now a model D with the
resultant increase in gross weight to 1400#. The change was simple once
Harry Francis pointed out that some, if not all, CD's had the stainless
steel
skin installed at the factory. So, the only mechanical work necessary was
to
limit the elevator travel to 9 deg. The yoke shaft already had the holes
drilled so all the mechanic had to do was move the stop to the other set
of
holes and put on some decals. Re-registration and a new airworthiness
certificate are also required. My plane is kept hangered in Shelton, WA.
Current on ADs. Fabric wings, no rudder pedals. Bubble wind screen, center

slide window, all windows very good. Interior very nice except carpet.
INSTRUMENTS - DG, horizon, turn rate, all run by two venturis. Other
standard
instruments. RADIOS - KX125 radio with VOR capability; certified
transponder; ACK encoder 1 1/2 year old; two head sets with portable
intercom. ENGINE - C-75 with metal CM7149 prop, 800+ hours, generator,
Stromberg carb, Brackett air filter. LIGHTS - Strobes, landing and nav
lights. OTHER - Tail raising kit with new rubber shocks last year. Fairly

new battery. Cleveland brakes. This plane has been flown regularly and
performs very nicely. Wayne Hannah, Shelton, WA
