Your numbers indeed look pretty much out of whack. For a graphical
representation of my respective CHT and EGT temps, go to
www.hpo.net/users/sfanselow/m10/ and click on the EGT/CHT/Fuel link. I
don't
know whether my numbers are in any way representative, but compared to
yours, your aft cylinders are too high, and your front cylinders read too
low.

Let me know some more details: What fuel are you using? What is your
typical
fuel burn? Are the numbers reported measured after leaning at cruise, or
at
full rich? What type of spark plugs are you using? Is the baffling of the
engine o.k. or were any modifications done there? Do you have
corresponding
values for EGT? How about the oil temperature? Does that read normal?
