There is two reasons for this:

1.  A intake air leak, check around the spider, and
tighten all hose intake clamps, and some plug in the
spider has come out.  This spider has a plug for the
primer, make sure the primer line are primer is ok,
and not leaking air

2.  This is the bad one.  If your cam lobe has
starting grinding itself down.  You can check this by
taking off the rocker covers and measuring the
distance of the exhaust valves opening to the cold
cylinders, opening.

   Also one more thing is that your oil might be
braking down, letting your hydraulic tappets not
operating properly on the exhaust valves on those hot
cylinders.  Try new 50 wt. Oil.
