I was thrilled to find the aft-most Camloc (winged) stud missing from my cowling today. Hope it didn't drop from 4000 feet and kill a sheep. Fortunately, it's the aft-most one, so the cowl can easily be secured by several other, less convenient, means. Anyway, now I need to replace it. From the Skyport catalog, it looks like the item is a Camloc 4002-5W It also looks like Skyport is charging about three times what ACS charges, and that's too much. I mean loyalty only goes so far... Besides the stud itself, do I need anything else? Any kind of retainer or anything? Any installation tricks?
