Hello, all... I'm new to this list, so please bear with me! I have a possibility of buying a '46 415C Ercoupe, which is ready for painting, among other things. I have not actually seen the plane yet. Most, if not all, of the aluminum has been stripped, and is supposed to be "paint ready". The "rag wings" are painted in a white, primer type paint, according to the current owner. It is in need of an annual, an ELT, and a battery. My question is this: I want to paint it in the warbird colors of a PQ-13, similar to that of N37143. Does anyone here know where I can find information as to the originally specified colors, and locations of same? I would really appreciate any help I can get along those lines.
