That's like renting a house or apartment. Later on down the line do
you want an asset to sell or a
big box of reciepts and an empty pocket? Sure, there are 'upkeep'
expenses involved but over the years
of paying rent vs owning.....which is the most cost effective? That's a
personal choice.
I'm in the rental business, so I love to have people rent. I buy a
house or whatever for little or
nothing down and let the tennant make the payments for me. Then at the end
I'll have yet another house
for sale. (I call that.........100%+ profit). Some folks don't want the
worries and problems that go
with owning their own home. Like I said above, that's a personal choice.
Live happy and fly often (in a coupe).
