No STC is necessary.  The only differences between a C75 and a C85 are the

carburetor and the redline.  With the C85 carb, the engine will produce 85

hp.  Continental will likely want to issue a new data plate to reflect the

change.  (Probably covered in the afore mentioned service bulletin.) 

That said, converting the AIRFRAME from a C75 to a C85 is a whole
different 
issue.  At the very least, you will need to remark the tach, repitch the 
prop, and change the operating handbook.  There may be other issues, like 
adding cooling baffles, changing elevator limits, etc.
