I bought a hole cutter that mounts on a chuck. Any industrial or tool store will have it. Don't use a fly cutter...you could lose a finger. I got a scrap pice of aluminum and drilled a few test holes just to get the feel of it. I used a variable speed drill. Measure twice...cut once.
