I just went down to "pet" my Ercoupe and stopped by the flight school to say hi -- wish I hadn't. -- They have two planes for sale 'already" and have to take the 210 off line because they can't afford the insurance. Now they were in a little trouble before this event but now they are in big trouble. The airport manager wanted to sell the airport to developers and a deal was struck that until the flight school was closed (owner retired etc.) he would not sell -- another week or so and another airport may hit the silk.
